Dear Richard,
We are back in Malta! We would like to thank you and your team for a most enjoyable vacation. We had a great vacation and I will certainly recommend Argentina For Less to those who would like a stress free holiday in South America.
Oliver, Malta.
As Argentina’s fourth largest city, Mendoza is a bustling and energetic metropolis that basks daily in a perpetually warm and sunny climate. The avenues, parks, and plazas here are lined with trees and the surrounding suburbs overflow with gardens and orchards making this one of the most pleasant and attractive cities in the country. What is more, it sits underneath the highest peak in the western hemisphere – Aconcagua - which stands at a staggering 22,835 ft/6,960 m; a part of the spectacular Andean scenery that graces the entire Mendoza region. It is from here – amidst the stunning countryside of rolling green hills, blue skies, colorful flowers and gorgeous vineyards – that you will embark on both a full day exploration of large than life mountain ranges, as well as an expertly guided wine tour of at least two wineries.
Nestled within the majestic eastern foothills of the Andes ranges, the dry and sunny Mendoza region is ideal for cultivating grapes and producing delicious wine and today it boasts some of the finest wine that can be found in the world. The city of Mendoza has even become known as the ‘wine capital’ of Argentina due to the fact that many world famous wineries are located in and around the city.
