Day 1 : Arrival to Santiago & Santiago Tour

- You will be met at the Santiago Airport by a Chile For Less representative and transferred to your comfortable hotel in Santiago. Check out our selection of great value Santiago Hotels.
- Today, you will head out on a half day historical tour of Santiago to visit some of the most interesting sites in Santiago and learn about the fascinating history of Chile and its capital.
- You will start the tour driving up the Santa Lucia hill where Santiago was founded. You will then continue on to the historic downtown, Plaza de Armas (Main Square), where stands some of Santiago’s historic buildings. You will see the Cathedral, City Hall, Central Post Office, and National Historical Museum.
- You will then drive to the civic area to see the Moneda Presidential Palace, current seat of the Chilean government. The tour will continue through charming streets lined with 19th century buildings, passing the statue of Typical Zone, the Cousiño Palace, and the Basilica de los Sacramentinos (inspired by the Montmartre church in Paris).

- Today, after a delicious breakfast at your Santiago hotel, you’ll travel to two nearby coastal cities: Valparaiso and Viña del Mar, located about 1h30 away on the Pacific Ocean.
- With its bohemian atmosphere, chaotic and colorful architecture, and lovely port, Valparaiso is one of the most attractive cities in Chile and unlike any other. You will start your Valparaiso tour at the Mirador 21 de Mayo from where you will enjoy spectacular views of the entire city and bay.
- Next, you will visit the fascinating house-museum of the poet and winner of the Nobel Prize in Literature, Pablo Neruda. Learn all about the writer’s eccentric tastes as well as his most glorious and absurd moments as you wander through the charming rooms that inspired the artist.

Day 3 : Arrival to La Serena & La Serena Tour

- Today you’ll journey to the second oldest town in Chile, and arguably one of the most attractive in the country: La Serena. Meet your transfer to the airport for your flight to La Serena. Upon arrival, one of our representatives will take you to your confirmed hotel in La Serena.
- In the afternoon, you’ll enjoy a tour of La Serrena which will start with a stroll down some of the city’s most elegant avenues, including Avenida Francisco de Aguirre and its central garden. You’ll be able to see several of the town’s beautiful 29 colonial churches on the way.
- After a visit to the Archeological Museum to admire its collections of Diaguita and Molle Indian artifacts, you’ll have some time to explore the Recova Market. This market is one of the liveliest spots in La Serena and is full of vendors displaying countless local handicrafts and produce.

- After settling into your Mendoza hotel, you’ll begin your half-day city tour of Mendoza with your expert guide. You’ll start out in the historic center to see where the city was founded before continuing on to Barrio Civico and Parque General San Martin. From here, you will tour Cerro de la Gloria hill, the Mundialista Stadium, and the Frank Romero Day Amphitheatre, which is the location of the joyful annual Fiesta de la Vendimia (grape harvest festival).
- After the tour, you’ll return to your hotel where you can spend the night relaxing at your leisure or, if you still have energy, explore the town some more on your own.
Day 6 : Full Day Mendoza Trek

Tigre River Delta Tour
Just north of the Argentine capital lies the tranquil town of Tigre nestled on the banks of the Tigre River Delta. Buenos Aires is home to the largest Jewish population in Latin America, with approximately a quarter million Jewish citizens in its metropolitan area. During the early and mid 20th century, many Russian and European Jewish immigrants made their way to Buenos Aires, since Argentina’s immigration policy was one of the most accepting at the time. The Buenos Aires Jewish community retains many of the cultural traditions of their people.
During your tour, a knowledgeable guide will take you to an Ashkenazi or Sephardic synagogue, where you can appreciate the remarkable architecture. Half Day Arts & Crafts Tour
This half day tour will get you acquainted with Buenos Aires’ vibrant cultural life, taking you to some of the city’s best art galleries, museums, and colorful street fairs. In the afternoon, your guide will pick you up and you will head to San Telmo to visit Marcelo Toledo’s silver workshop. This young artisan is internationally acknowledged for his intricate and exquisite work. You will continue on to the Fernandez Blanco Museum, housed in a splendid colonial house. Here you will be able to admire stunning collections of eighteenth and nineteenth century silverware pieces. Your last destination is the Malba Museum, the first twenty-first century museum in Buenos Aires.
You have the option to organize a visit of the beautiful, private Helft Collection, comprising interesting Argentine paintings from the 1960s to early 1990s, displayed in a building in San Telmo.
The Arts & Crafts Tour operates daily except Mondays and Tuesdays, since the Fernandez Blanco Museum is closed on these days.

Half Day Mendoza Trekking Tour
On this half day trek you will explore the unique mountain scenery around Mendoza on a three-hour guided walking tour. You will be picked up from your hotel at 9:00 a.m. and taken to lovely Blanco Encalado, a 35-minute drive from Mendoza. The sweeping views of Mendoza will inspire you to reach the summit of Cerro Negro, a two-hour hike through fantastic landscapes to the summit at 6,800 feet (2,072m).
